WHY WE STARTED

THEA Botanicals originated from a journey to heal myself and support my loved ones.
Following a move to London (adapting to a new fast paced life), years spent growing a career and the meaningful chaos of motherhood. The pressure of balancing it all resulted in burnout, living in constant stress, on top of long struggle with endometriosis.
Driven to find solutions where conventional medicine couldn't fully help. I began researching holistic ways to support the body naturally.



THE BEGINNING
I grew up in Latvia, where Herbal medicine has a long-standing tradition in Baltic culture, where it is used for prevention and treatment of various ailments, often passed down through generations.
As a young girl, I was watching my mother and grandmother harvesting plants, herbs and fruits. Carefully selecting, drying and preparing them so whenever someone was feeling under weather or in need of solace, there were herbs ready to be prepared in an aromatic healing tea.
Driven by a life long curiosity, love for nature and the need to support my own health. I began exploring the healing power of plants. As an adult, this passion evolved into studying how the body and mind responds to daily stress and discovered how botanicals can naturally support and restore holistic balance.
