Subscriptions
THEA Botanicals subscriptions deliver your chosen blend to you every month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.

How to cancel, pause or skip
To cancel, pause or skip a delivery, email us at info@theabotanicals.com with your name and the email address used for your order. We will confirm by email once it is done.

Timing
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order date. Requests received in time will take effect before your next order is processed and charged. If your next order has already been processed or dispatched, it will be delivered as normal, and your cancellation will apply from the following month.

Delivery and pricing
Subscription orders are delivered free within the United Kingdom. The price shown when you subscribe is the price you pay for each delivery, until you cancel.

Returns and refunds
Subscription orders are covered by our Refund Policy. If a pouch arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
