Order Dispatch & The Ritual of Preparation
Every order of THEA Botanicals is handled with the precision our ingredients deserve. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are prepared the following working day.

UK Domestic Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Shipping is complimentary and built into the price of every order — no separate charges, no thresholds to meet.

International Shipping
At present, we are focused on serving our UK community. International shipping will be announced to our private mailing list first as we expand.

The Unboxing Standard
Your ritual should begin the moment your package arrives. All THEA Botanicals orders are shipped in secure, eco-conscious, and discreet packaging to protect the aromatic oils and structural integrity of the herbs during transit.
